Headpiece Tutorial
~

Photo of the real headpiece
Supplies list:
•A styrofoam head or something in the same shape and size of your head
•Cling wrap
•Masking tape
•Permanent pen
•A sheet of Craft foam—You can find it in most craft stores and it comes in a variety of colors
•Hot glue gun
•Silver spraypaint |

1. First I covered my styrofoam head with cling wrap and tape it all over with masking tape like you would with paper maché. |

2. I then drew on the tape the design of the headpiece as far as could tell with a permanent pen.
|
3. Next I took the whole thing off the head and cut out the designs. I had to tape some of them together where they were over lapped.
|
4. I layed the newly cut pieces on the foam, drew around them, and cut them out. |

5. I then glued all the piece together with hot glue. |

6. Last I spray painted the whole thing with at least 20 coats of paint so it would look more like metal and less like foam. |
